This summer, Sew Pinellas is thrilled to offer an exclusive series of fashion design and cosplay camps for young enthusiasts aged 8-18. Spanning two exciting weeks each, these camps are designed to ignite creativity and passion in the worlds of fashion and cosplay.

Camp Dates:

• June 10 to June 21: Fashion Design Camp: M-F, 9 AM - 3 PM

• June 24 to July 5: Cosplay Costume/Accessory Camp: M-F, 9 AM - 3 PM (No Class July 4)

• July 8 to July 19: Cosplay Costume/Accessory Camp: M-F, 9 AM - 3 PM

• July 22 to August 2: Fashion Design Camp: M-F, 9 AM - 3 PM

Fashion Design Camp: Our Fashion Design Camps are a dream come true for aspiring designers. Beginning with the basics of sewing machine usage, we guide our students through the process of drawing inspiration, creating collections, sketching designs, and ultimately building their own fashion piece(s). The camp concludes with a dazzling fashion show where students proudly present their creations.

Cosplay Camps: The Cosplay Camps offer a deep dive into the world of cosplay. The costume/accessory camp focuses on assembling a character look using existing wardrobe items, supplemented by strategic shopping and garment creation. One can also create accessories and props, essential elements for any cosplay character. Both camps end with a presentation, showcasing the students' imaginative work to family and friends.

Limited Availability:

• Each camp is limited to 12 students, ensuring personalized attention and a nurturing learning environment.

Camp Fee: $900 ($820 for June 24-July 5)

Payment Plan Options: Note that all payments must be received prior to the first day of camp. Select the option that works best with your plans. Note that the 9 day camp will be charged in the same manner, but we will issue you a refund for the price difference after the first payment is made and camp selection is chosen. Please allow up to 24 hours for the refund.

• Make 2 monthly payments for our summer camp. The first payment is $450 with the second payment of $450 due 30 days later.

Some Materials Included - Cosplay camps require additional shopping for supplies outside of camp times. Fashion camps may require additional shopping based on student’s designs.

Cosplay Orientation: Friday June 21 5:30pm - Review and prepare for your camps prior to diving into your projects. This allows time over the weekend to shop for required project pieces.

Single Week Option: We are offering a limited number of weekly option for each camp session. Note that presentations are only planned on the last day of each 2 week session. Note that the pricing of $425 per week will increase to $475 as of April 15.
