Pattern Drafting - Pattern Manipulation
Join us at Sew Pinellas for a comprehensive Pattern Drafting Class this summer, guided by the expertise of Jennifer Fairbanks from her book, "Pattern Design". Spanning four weeks with meetings on Monday and Wednesday, this course focuses on mastering the art of pattern manipulation using half scale slopers. Learn essential techniques such as darts, gathers, pleats, and facings, and discover how to modify a basic sloper into various designs. This class is an excellent opportunity to deepen your understanding of pattern drafting without the complexity of custom garment fitting.

Summer Fashion Design & Cosplay Camps 2024
Dive into a summer of creativity with our Fashion Design and Cosplay Camps at Sew Pinellas! Ideal for ages 8-18, these two-week camps, starting June 10, offer an immersive experience in fashion design and cosplay. From designing a fashion collection to creating cosplay costumes and accessories, each camp culminates in a showcase for family and friends. Spaces are limited to 12 students per camp, providing an intimate and focused learning environment.
Our camps offers an immersive full-day experience from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
