Embark on a creative journey with our after school programming, designed specifically for students passionate about sewing. This comprehensive 9-week course accommodates different age groups with tailored sessions that fit perfectly into your child's school schedule. We will be holding 4 separate programs this fall. Mondays will be our After School Fashion Design program for ages 9-14. Tuesdays will focus on our younger students (ages 7-10) and will comprise only of sewing projects. Wednesdays will be our After School Fashion Design programs designed for ages 9-14, but at a later time than Mondays. Thursdays will be our High School Fashion Design Program for ages 13-18.

Program Details

• Duration: 9 weeks for a total of 9 sessions (sessions pause during holidays) Fall session begins September 22, 2025

• Class Size: Class size limited to 8 students

• Fee: $475 per semester

• Mondays: Fashion Design 3:30-5:30, Ages 9-14

• Tuesdays: Machine Sewing 3:30-5:00, Ages 7-10

• Wednesdays: Fashion Design 4:30-6:30, Ages 9-14

• Thursdays: High School Fashion Design 3:15-5:15, Ages 13-18

Mondays and Wednesdays will follow the same format we had for our Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 after school programs. These sessions have been extended from last years 1.5 hours to 2 hours in order to allow the students to complete their projects.

Tuesdays will consist of various accessory and garment sewing projects and is geared towards younger students. Tuesdays are shorter in time and last 1.5 hours.

Thursdays are designed for high school students who wish to learn the technical skills behind draping and pattern drafting. This program is ideal for students planning to further their education in fashion design past high school. These lessons will last 2 hours in duration.

Personal cubbies are provided for storing ongoing projects, ensuring that each piece can be continued from one week to the next without interruption. There are no make up sessions for students who miss a week. Note that this is different than past sessions as we had extended the class time to allow for completing projects in the 9 weeks.
