After School Sewing Club (Ages 7–10)
Perfect for younger makers ready to dive into the world of sewing, our After School Sewing Club is a fun and creative introduction to machine sewing! Designed for students ages 7–10, this program meets on Tuesdays from 3:30–5:00 PM and is packed with hands-on projects that build skills, confidence, and creativity.
Over the course of the program, students will complete multiple beginner-friendly projects that teach essential machine sewing techniques—from threading and stitching to finishing seams and using patterns. Every project is carefully chosen to help students grow their abilities while having SEW much fun in a supportive, encouraging environment.
No prior sewing experience is necessary—just a curious mind and a willingness to learn. Whether they’re making their first stitches or building on the basics, students will leave each session with new skills, completed projects, and a sense of pride in what they’ve made.
